Hello! My blogs are repeating, showing up multiple times, all the way down the main tab of the app. I sent you an email directly over a week ago, but no response. Hey - I'm looking pretty bad out there, and need to know what to do to fix this. Please let me know so I may clean up this mess, FAST.

I need a way to reload and fix it, without being charged for fixing it or changing the main image. Such as adding the "powered by motherapp", tp the first page, as you suggested. Since that was on everyone else's image, I thought that was added by your software, by default. If I had known, I would have had that on the initial image. *Sigh* I am discouraged.

In my opinion, the hardest part of this app is not being able to change anything, even if I reload images on my side, it's still going to stay the same on the app side. After 13 years of creating webs, this has been a challenge for me, and not clear when you sign up. Yes, that's right; the images are static, unless you pay for reloading. That is a drawback I was not prepared for, and now, the app content is a repeating mess, and I can't fix it myself. I could always get things fixed myself, before!

Stacey,

We found that there was a period that the GUID of RSS of a particular article keep changing. So our servers identify that the article is different articles because of different GUID.

Yesterday, we have manually removed the entries.

Ok, this worked for just about a day, and it looked great. However, the same error has returned. I have not touched the site, but I was so thrilled to see it working again. Now, it's returned to multiple repeats all down the tab of the app.

What next? Help! I am actively promoting this in several places, so I am worried! What can I do? I am not sure what I can do on my end.

Our team found that the same problem still occurs in your server that hosts the rss feed. You may consult your administrator what the problem is. Following is what we observe in your rss link (http://www.awhitehorse.com/index.php?format=feed&type=rss). For example, the article "A Visit to R.O. Lervick Arabians" may return the permanent link with "http/www.awhitehorse.com/component/content/article/225-a-visit-to-ro-lervick-arabians.html" or "http/awhitehorse.com/component/content/article/225-a-visit-to-ro-lervick-arabians.html". The application would try to cache the articles according to the permanent link. Due to the permanent links are different, the application identify that they are different. So there are duplicate entries in the application.

Is it your Joomla system would cache the rss feed according to the requested url as domain? i.e. somebody access http://awhitehorse.com/index.php?format=feed&type=rss (but not www.awhitehorse.com one) earlier than the application. So Joomla may cache the rss feed with all permanent links without the "www". Is it the case?

The repeating the blog problem has returned. I have left my site entirely alone now, as I need to know how to prevent this before trying this again. So, here is my app, with nothing fresh. It did not do this in the beginning; how may we fix this for sure?
